We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags before and after check-in, really helpful. The location was perfect, and we were able to walk to several attractions. The hotel was also pretty clean, and we appreciated that.

The location was good and the baggage storage was helpful during our Christmas trip. the room was pretty clean too, so that was a relief.

The beds were terrible and gave us aches all over our bodies. the staff were snobby and made us feel uncomfortable asking for basic things.

The hotel location was convenient and clean, with decent luggage storage options. We appreciated the chance to grab a bite nearby. the bedroom, while cramped, had a few facilities such as tissue paper and clean bedding that were noteworthy.

The service didn’t live up to expectations, with attitude and shortages in supplies.
